Correction: Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Replacement of announcement published by the Company at 07:00 on 9 November 2021 under RNS Number 7257R with the following corrections:
(1) The number of shares acquired by Neil Eckert and Nicola Eckert on 4 November 2021 has been corrected from 67,111 shares to 9,705.
(2) The number of shares acquired by Neil Eckert on 4 November 2021 has been corrected from 31,238 shares to 4,535 shares and the number of shares acquired by Nicola Eckert on 4 November 2021 has been corrected from 35,873 to 5,170.
(3) Neil Eckert's total current shareholding ownership interest in Conduit Holdings Limited has been corrected from 618,645 shares to 561,239 shares and Nicola Eckert's total current shareholding ownership interest in Conduit Holdings Limited is corrected to 35,873 shares (which includes 27,000 shares acquired by Nicola Eckert on 2 December 2020 which were previously incorrectly disclosed as being owned by Neil Eckert).
This corrects all previous announcements in respect of the shares that are the subject of this announcement and all other information remains unchanged. The full amended text for the 4 November 2021 announcement is shown below.
Conduit Holdings announces that on 4 November 2021, Neil Eckert a director and person discharging managerial responsibilities in Conduit Holdings ("PDMR") together with Nicola Eckert, a person closely associated with him, acquired 9,705 Conduit Holdings common shares of par value $0.01 per share each at a price of 455.84 pence per share. Neil's portion of the acquired shares is 4,535 and his total current shareholding ownership interest in Conduit Holdings Limited now stands at 561,239 common shares. Nicola Eckert's portion of the acquired shares is 5,170 and her total current shareholding ownership interest in Conduit Holdings Limited now stands at 35,873 common shares.
