Creston PLC02 August 2005 2 August 2005 Creston Plc (the "Company") Grant of Options On 28 July 2005 the Board approved the following grant of options pursuant to anagreement dated 3 January 2001, to Mr D.H Elgie a Director of the Company. The grant of options is as a result of the issue and allotment of new ordinaryshares relating to the issue of shares in connection with the acquisition of RedDoor Communications Limited.
