Creston PLC01 August 2006 1 August 2006 Creston Plc (the "Company")Grant of Restricted Shares under the Creston Long Term Incentive Plan The Company announces that on 27 July 2006 the following awards were made tosenior executives under the Creston plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") inrespect of 83,831 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, which included the followingawards made to executive directors and senior management. Name Position Number of ordinary shares Don Elgie Chief Executive 61,986 Barrie Brien Chief Operating Officer and 21,845 Chief Financial Officer Subject to the rules of the Plan and the satisfaction of the performanceconditions, these awards are anticipated to vest three years from the date ofgrant. In addition, Mr. Elgie has existing awards under the Plan of 341,572 ordinaryshares and also has a beneficial interest in 1,428,104 ordinary sharesrepresenting 2.66 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In addition, Mr. Brien has existing awards under the Plan of 250,409 ordinaryshares and also has a beneficial interest in 32,500 ordinary shares representing0.06 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
