PDMR Notification
Conduit Holdings today announces the vesting of shares in respect of (i) the second tranche of the deferred share bonus award made with respect to a 2021 annual bonus, and (ii) the first tranche of the deferred share bonus award made with respect to a 2022 annual bonus. The awards were made to Trevor Carvey, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in CHL ("PDMR"). At vesting, Trevor Carvey acquired a total of 63,326 common shares. Trevor's total current shareholding ownership interest now stands at 506,035 common shares.
