Conduit Holdings today announces that on 27 July 2022, Stuart Quinlan, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in Conduit Holdings ("PDMR"), together with Michelle Quinlan, a person closely associated with him, acquired 13,130 common shares. Stuart's portion of the acquired shares is 5,750 total current shareholding ownership interest now stands at 77,570 common shares. Michelle Quinlan's portion of the acquired shares is 7,380 and her total current shareholding ownership interest in Conduit Holdings now stands at 7,380. The total shareholding interest in Conduit Holdings' common shares held by Stuart and persons closely associated with him now stands at 84,950.
