Creston PLC02 August 2007 Creston plc (the 'Company') Grant of Restricted Shares under the Creston Long Term Incentive Plan The Company announces that on 30 July 2007 the following awards were made tosenior executives under the Creston plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") inrespect of 41,724 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, which included the followingawards made to executive directors. In addition, Mr. Elgie has existing awards under the Plan of 471,902 ordinaryshares and also has a beneficial interest in 1,397,801 ordinary sharesrepresenting 2.51 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
