Conduit Holdings today announces the vesting of the first tranche of the deferred share award granted in respect of the 2021 annual bonus award made to Trevor Carvey, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in CHL ("PDMR"). As a result of the vesting of this tranche, Trevor Carvey acquired 50,079 common shares. Trevor's total current shareholding ownership interest now stands at 355,709 common shares.
