PDMR Notification
Conduit Holdings today announces the vesting of shares in respect of (i) the second tranche of the deferred share bonus award made with respect to a 2021 annual bonus, and (ii) the first tranche of the deferred share bonus award made with respect to a 2022 annual bonus. The awards were made to Elaine Whelan, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in CHL ("PDMR"). At vesting, Elaine Whelan acquired a total of 48,419 common shares. Elaine's total current shareholding ownership interest now stands at 281,685 common shares.
