Retirement of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Croda International Plc announces the retirement of Nigel Turner from the Board on 25 April 2018 following the AGM after nine years as a non-executive director, at which point, Alan Ferguson will be appointed as the Senior Independent Director.

 Anita Frew, Chairman of Croda International Plc, said, 

"I would like to thank Nigel for his dedication and outstanding contribution to Croda and to the Board. Alan has been on our Board since 2011 and acts as Chairman of the Audit Committee, bringing a wealth of relevant experience, having served as Senior Independent Director within other listed companies."
