Croda International Plc announces that Ian Bull, Non-Executive Director, will become Chair of Domino's Pizza Group Plc with effect from 24 April 2025. Ian is currently a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Dunelm Group plc.
There are no further matters to be disclosed under UK Listing Rule 6.4.9.
