Croda International Plc announces that Ian Bull, Non-Executive Director, will become Senior Independent Director of Dunelm Group plc with effect from 21 November 2024. Ian is currently a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Dunelm Group plc and Senior Independent Director of Domino's Pizza Group Plc.
There are no further matters to be disclosed under Section 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
