Croda International Plc - Annual Financial Report
Croda International Plc (the "Company") released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 31 December 2016 (the "Annual Results Announcement") on 28 February 2017. Further to the Annual Results Announcement, the Company confirms that the following documents have been published and are being mailed to shareholders today:
- Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016
- Notice of Annual General Meeting
- Form of Proxy
- Sustainability Report
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 12 noon on 26 April 2017 at The Principal York, Station Road, York, North Yorkshire, YO24 1AA.
In compliance with DTR 6.3.5(3) the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website at www.croda.com.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 a copy of each of these documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
