Circle Property Plc, a specialist regional UK property investment, development and management company, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance Limited as its nominated adviser and broker with immediate effect.
The Company also announces that it has appointed Radnor Capital to advise the Company on its investor marketing activity, also with immediate effect.
John Arnold, Chief Executive Officer of Circle Property plc, commented: "Since IPO in February 2016, our team has successfully and consistently improved the value of the Company's portfolio. We now want to build on that momentum and begin to achieve our overriding aim of growing the business, and these appointments are the first stage in that process.
