Director Interest

CAP-XX Limited (AIM:CAPX.L), was informed on 25 April 2012 that, on 20 April 2012, Innovation Capital Ltd and Innovation Capital Fund LLP (together "Innovation Capital Fund I") sold a total of 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 29 pence per share. Innovation Capital is a leading Australian venture firm and has been a shareholder since 1999. They have been and remain a long term supporter of CAP-XX. Innovation Capital Fund I, under its constitution, must be wound up and its assets liquidated over the next year. Innovation Capital Fund 1 now have a beneficial interest in 520,775 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.60% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Michael Quinn, Chairman of CAP-XX, is a Managing Partner of Innovation Capital. He continues to have an interest in 693,974 ordinary shares representing 0.80% of the issued share capital of the Company including shares held in a superannuation fund, by Innovation Capital Limited and Innovation Capital LLC.
