TRADING UPDATE

We announced our half year results on 28 January 2016 for the six months to 31 December 2015. At that time we reported strong increases in revenues and profits in the group.

Since then our revenues, gross profit and operating profit have continued to grow.

We are monitoring the effects of the recent Brexit vote in the U.K. and assessing its implications for our business. Our initial assessment is that it presents both challenges and opportunities for us.

We expect our profit before tax for the year to 30 June 2016 to be in line with market expectations. Our balance sheet and cash flow remain strong.

We plan to announce our full year results on 1 September 2016.
