CPL Resources PLC06 December 2007 CPL Resources PLC Board Appointments CPL Resources plc ("CPL" or the "Company") is pleased to announce theappointment of Mr Breffni Byrne and Mr. Oliver Tattan as non-executive directorsof the Company (the "Directors"). Mr Byrne (age 61) is chairman of NCB Stockbrokers and serves as a director ofIrish Life and Permanent plc, Coillte Teoranta, Hikma Pharmaceutical plc,Tedcastle Holding ltd and a number of other companies.
