Cpl Resources plcΒ ("CPL") today announced that it has taken an 80% investment in Servisource Healthcare Ltd and Servisource Recruitment Ltd.
Servisource Healthcare Ltd provides home healthcare services and skilled medical care, delivered by nurses and therapists, and non-medical support services delivered by qualified care assistants. Servisource Recruitment Ltd provides temporary and permanent recruitment to hospitals, healthcare facilities and other businesses on a nationwide basis.
These acquisitions extend Cpl's footprint in the healthcare sector and enhance our ability to deliver exceptional quality service to our valued customers.
