Cpl Resources plc ("CPL") today announced that it has acquired PHC Care Management Limited, "PHC". PHC provides quality, person centered care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to continue to live independently.
The acquisition of PHC represents a further step in CPL's strategy of extending the Group's footprint in the healthcare sector, and will enhance CPL's position as the leading provider of Healthcare professionals in the market."
