DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that 887 shares have been allocated at £8.66 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which total included 14 shares for each for Lord Harris and Mr C Sollesse and 15 shares for each of Mr M Harris and Mr N Page.
Also included in the allocation were 15 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
