The Company has been advised that Non-executive Director Jeremy Miller has purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"). Following the purchase, Jeremy Miller has a total beneficial interest in 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.45% of the issued share capital of the Company.
