CPPGROUP PLC ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of CPPGroup plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of John Titchener as company secretary and group legal counsel with effect from 1 April 2011. The Company also announces that Paula Watts has on 18 March 2011 left the business and accordingly Shaun Parker, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will act as company secretary on an interim basis, until John Titchener joins CPP.

John Titchener is an employed barrister and member of Lincoln's Inn. He has over twenty years experience of legal and company secretarial work gained at Willis Faber plc, General Electric Company's Insurance Solutions Division and most recently Swiss Re, where he was General Counsel for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
