DIRECTORATE CHANGE

APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

CPPGroup Plc (CPP or the Group), the International Assistance business, announced on 19 May that, subject to FCA approval, Justine Shaw was to be elected to the Board. That approval has now been received and Justine is therefore elected to the Board with immediate effect.

FCA approval has also been confirmed for Sir Richard Lapthorne, Jason Walsh, Nick Cooper and Mark Hamlin.
