DIRECTORATE CHANGE

CPPGroup Plc (CPP or the Group), the International Assistance business, today announces that Craig Parsons has decided to step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer after 13 years with the business.

Craig has held a senior role in CPP's Group Finance function since 2002 and has been the Group's Chief Financial Officer since September 2013. He played a leading role in refinancing the Group in July 2013, and most recently in securing new equity funding for the business in December 2014 alongside restructuring the Group's balance sheet.

The Board is engaged in a search for Craig's successor and this process is already at an advanced stage. Craig will remain in his role until the publication of the Group's Half Year Report in August to ensure a smooth and orderly transition with his successor.

Craig Parsons commented:

"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at CPP over the last thirteen years. With the recent work to strengthen the Group's financial position now completed, I feel that it is the right time for me to explore new challenges. I would like to thank everyone at CPP for supporting me over the years and wish the team the very best for the next stage of the journey."
