Block listing of shares
CPP Group (AIM: CPP) announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 64,688 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), to be admitted to trading on the AIM market. Admission is expected to take place on 20 April 2021.
The Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued, as and when required, in connection with the CPPGroup Plc 2016 Long Term Incentive Plan.
The Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, be fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.
