Appointment of members of the Special Committees of the 9th Board of Directors
China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the third meeting of the 9th Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") held on 24 June 2020, the Board approved that the 9th Board shall establish a strategic and investment decision-making committee, a risk management and related party transaction control committee and a technological innovation and consumer rights protection committee.
