26 February 2015 Capita plc (the "Company") Dividend Declaration The Board is recommending to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting a finaldividend of 19.6p per ordinary share (2013: 17.8p), making a total of 29.2p forthe year (2013: 26.5p) representing an increase for the year of 10%. The final dividend will be payable on 28 May 2015 to shareholders on theregister at the close of business on 17 April 2015. Shareholders may elect to reinvest their final dividend in the DividendReinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). The last day for DRIP elections and revocationswill be 7 May 2015.
