Compass Group PLC announces that on 27 January 2017 it purchased for cancellation 10,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1,408.9800 pence per share through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The lowest price paid was 1,400.0000 pence per share, and the highest was 1,414.0000 pence per share.
