Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests of a Director and PDMR in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 25 July 2019 Gary Green, Executive Director, sold 142,180 Shares at a price of £20.193565 each per Share. Following this transaction, Gary Green's shareholding is 191,382 Shares, representing 0.01206% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
