Compass Group PLC announces the following transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
Long Term Incentive Plan 2021-22 Award
On 8 February 2022, awards were granted under The Compass Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 to the Directors and PDMRs detailed below.
