NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interest of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
Long-Term Incentive Plan Award
On 10 December 2020, an award of 1,260 shares was made under The Compass Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 to Palmer Brown, a PDMR of the Company, as a deferred annual bonus award relating to the financial year ended 30 September 2020. The award will vest on the third anniversary of the grant date, and in accordance with the rules of the Plan.
The following notification has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation in respect of the above:
