COMPASS GROUP PLC
NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
· On 25 February 2019, Mrs Carol Arrowsmith, a non-executive director of the Company, received an additional 148 Shares through the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") at £17.1861 each per Share.
Following this transaction, Mrs Arrowsmith's shareholding has increased to 10,269 Shares, representing 0.0006% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
The following notification has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation in respect of the above:
