Total Voting Rights
The following notification is made in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.
The City Pub Group announces that 37,500 new ordinary shares of 50 pence each were issued under its block listing facility during the month ended 30 September 2019. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 59,668,791 (excluding 1,925,000 JSOP Shares which do not have voting rights). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
