Investment Manager Share Purchases
Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company") an investor in the core digital infrastructure that enables modern communications and the internet, is pleased to confirm that following the publication of the Company's interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 on 29 November 2022, Steven Marshall, Co-Head and Chairman of Cordiant Digital Infrastructure purchased 709,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 89.47p per ordinary share.
Following this purchase, Mr Marshall owns a total of 4,000,000 ordinary shares. The number of ordinary shares held by the Investment Manager (either directly or by its staff) now represents 0.72% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
