Board Appointment

Further to the announcement on 3 April 2024, Comptoir Group Plc (AIM: COM), the owner and operator of Lebanese, Middle Eastern and North African inspired restaurants is pleased to announce the appointment of James Fisher as Finance Director and member of the Board, effective today.

Save for the information set out above and below, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment of James Stephen Fisher, aged 44.

Mr Fisher does not hold any interest in the Company's issued share capital.
