HAREWOOD STRUCTURED INVESTMENT PCC LIMITED (the "Company")

in respect of its BNP PARIBAS COMAC CELL (the "Cell")

The Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) wish to announce that a decision has been made to bring the redemption date of the Class A Sterling Hedged COMAC Preference Shares (the Redeemable Preference Shares) forward from 5 business days after the 1 June 2029 to 2 July 2013 (the Redemption Date).

Accordingly, application has been made to the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, LBG to delist the Redeemable Preference Shares of the Cell from the Official List of the Exchange, with effect from 7 a.m. on 3 July 2013.

In addition, admission of the Redeemable Preference Shares to the International Trade Bulletin Board of the London Stock Exchange Plc will be cancelled with effect from 7 a.m. on 3 July 2013.
