The following Amended Final Terms are available for viewing:

Amended Final Terms dated 10 September 2019 in respect of an issue by the Issuer of  EUR 100,000,000 1.875% Notes due 21 September 2028 under the EUR 15,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme.

The amended clause 13 (iv) is shown below. All other details remain unchanged.
