NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Cobham plc (the "Company") announces, in respect of ordinary 2.5 pence shares of the Company ("Shares"), that on 27 May 2014:
1. Mr Robert Murphy, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, was granted a conditional award for nil-cost over 319,912 Shares under the Company's Performance Share Plan 2007 ("PSP").
2. Mr Simon Nicholls, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, was granted a share option award for nil-cost over 201,875 Shares under the Company's Performance Share Plan 2007 ("PSP").
The awards vest on the 13 March 2017 to the extent that applicable performance conditions are met.
