Cobham plc (the "Company") announces in respect of ordinary 2.5 pence shares of the Company ("Shares") that on 8 August 2016, the buy-out award issued to Simon Nicholls in August 2013 vested and 16,557 shares were sold to cover deductions due on that vest, at a price of 1.63688 pence per Share. Mr Nicholls retained the balance of 18,198 shares as required by his shareholding requirement.
