Close Brothers Aim Vct PLC07 May 2008 CLOSE BROTHERS AIM VCT PLC Supplementary announcement to the Annual Report and Accounts With reference to the Annual Report and Accounts announcement made on 30 April2008, the Company would like to confirm that, the financial information set outin that announcement does not constitute the company's statutory accounts forthe years ended 29 February 2008 or 28 February 2007, but is derived from thestatutory accounts for these years. Statutory accounts for 2007 have beendelivered to the Registrar of Companies and those for 2008 will be deliveredfollowing the company's annual general meeting. The auditors have reported onthose accounts; their reports were unqualified, did not draw attention anymatters by way of emphasis without qualifying their reports and did not containstatements under s237(2) or (3) Companies Act 1985.
