Completion of acquisition

Coats Group plc ('Coats'), the world's leading industrial thread manufacturer, announces that, further to the announcement made on 10 August 2022, it has completed the acquisition of Rhenoflex GmbH ('Rhenoflex'), following satisfaction of the completion conditions.
