Grant of Options
Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the network security and business software provider, confirms the following awards under the Company's Unapproved Option Scheme:

The options have an exercise price of 54.5p and vest one-third on 21 March 2013, one-third on 21 March 2014 and one-third on 21 March 2015. Should these options be exercised, the ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each issued thereunder may not be sold or otherwise transferred until 21 March 2014. There are no performance conditions associated to the vesting or exercise of these options.
