Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the network security and business software provider, was notified on 23 November 2012 after markets closed that Mr Jens Montanana, non-executive chairman of the Company, on 22 November 2012 purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 31 pence per Ordinary Share and on 23 November 2012 purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 33 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Montanana is interested in 15,868,687 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.06 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
