Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), a leading provider of real-time high-performance, automatic Distributed Denial of Service ("DDoS") cyber defense solutions, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Philip Richards to the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Philip is an experienced finance professional with significant commercial, capital markets and investor relations experience, and will join Corero on 21 November 2022.

Philip is currently SVP of Finance at Kambi Group plc, a UK-Swedish based gaming company listed on First North at Nasdaq Stockholm, having joined the business in 2017 as Financial Controller, also serving as US General Manager from 2019 to 2020. Philip also held the position of a financial controller within the RDS plc group from 2014 to 2016, having previously worked for KPMG as Audit Manager across the Media and Technology sectors from 2008 to 2014.

It is planned that Philip will join the Board of Directors in due course, and other than that set out below, there is no further information required to be disclosed under Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.

Following this appointment, Andrew Miller will, following a handover period, revert to his role as a Non-Executive Director for the Company on 1 January 2023.
