Director shareholding
Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), announces that Jens Montanana, Executive Chairman, has transferred some of his beneficial shareholding from one broking account to another broking account. This transfer does not result in any change in Jens Montanana's beneficial holding.
Jens Montanana holds 187,300,406 shares (37.46%) in the Company of which 33,674,846 are held in the name of JPM International Limited, which is wholly owned by Jens Montanana, and 125,871,751 are held in the name of The New Millennium Technology Trust of which Jens Montanana is a beneficiary. 20,000,000 of the shares held in the name of The New Millennium Technology Trust have been transferred from a Julius Baer Monaco broking account to an Investec Bank Securities AG broking account.
Following this transfer, Jens Montanana's holding in the Company will remain at 187,300,406 shares (37.46%).
