Availability of Annual Report & Accounts and AGM
Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the network security and business software provider, announces that, following the notification of its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2013 on 25 March 2014, its full Annual Report & Accounts for that period are now available on its website, http://www.corero.com/investors/results, in accordance with AIM Rule 20, and will be posted to shareholders on or around 4 April 2014.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of FinnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ at 9.30am on 18 June 2014.
