Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the AIM listed network security company, is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement of 30 July 2015, a circular (the "Circular") setting out full details of the Subscription and convening a General Meeting, has today been posted to Shareholders.

The General Meeting will be held at the offices of finnCap at 60 New Broad Street, London, on 27 August 2015 at 9.30 a.m.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Circular.
