AGM Statement

Cenkos is holding its annual general meeting (the "AGM") at 9.30 a.m. at 6.7.8 Tokenhouse Yard, London, EC2R 7AS. At the AGM, the Chairman of the meeting will make the following statement in relation to the current year:

"After a disappointing first quarter, in which market volatility had a significant impact upon investor sentiment, fee income has improved. Furthermore, we have seen an improvement in our pipeline of prospective transactions and consequently we are more optimistic than hitherto about the outlook for the rest of the year. The Company's capital position has improved in the second quarter, aided by asset realisations."
