Issue of Shares
Kryso Resources plc (AIM:KYS) announces that 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 200,000 warrants at £0.15 per share. Aggregate funds of £30,000 have been received by the Company.
Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 6 March 2012. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares. Following admission there will be 286,709,263 ordinary shares in issue.
