Director / PDMR Shareholding

Concurrent Technologies Plc, (the "Company") a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products, for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, transportation, telecommunications, scientific and industrial markets, announces that certain directors have today increased their shareholdings in the Company through the exercise of options (the "Options") over ordinary shares in the Company of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") and, further, that those directors subsequently sold a number of shares at a price of 36 pence per Ordinary Share, in each case as described further below.

As a result of the exercise of the Options detailed above, the Company has issued a total of 1,200,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "New Ordinary Shares") and has applied for such New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Each New Ordinary Share will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and admission to trading on AIM is expected to occur on 14 April 2014.

The Company now has 73,900,012 Ordinary Shares outstanding, of which 1,299,522 Ordinary Shares are held by the Company in Treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting shares in the Company is therefore 72,600,490. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the UK Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
