Concurrent Technologies PlcAGM StatementAt today's Annual General Meeting of Concurrent Technologies Plc whichmanufactures high end embedded computer products for critical applications inthe defence, transportation, communications and industrial markets, MichaelCollins, Chairman, will make the following statement: "The results for the last year were extremely pleasing and I am happy toconfirm that this good progress has continued into the new financial year. Ourfirst quarter sales for the current year have been encouraging and becausegross margins for this period were ahead of budget and expenses were lower thanbudget, the trading performance to the end of March 2006 was substantiallybetter than that achieved in the same period last year.""It is becoming clear that we are witnessing a levelling of customer demandacross the calendar quarters; traditionally the first quarter has been ourquietest period. This change is important and serves to improve the quality ofConcurrent Technologies' business as a manageable entity; planning andscheduling are more straightforward and the business cycle shows morepredictability.
